Mushrooms & miso pasta

  • 2 packets of sliced ​​button mushrooms
  • 2 small cubed zucchini
  • 5 cups of minced spinach
  • ½ LeGrand cheese of your choice
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried onions
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 3 tbsp. at the table of miso
  • 1  tablespoon of LeGrand butter
  • 1 package of pasta (your choice) 450 / 500g

Then, add some crunch and essential vitamins with luscious green spinach, hearty mushrooms, and filling diced zucchinis.


  1. Heat a large pot of water for the pasta
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large pan and put a little water in it
  3. Add the mushrooms, garlic, miso, and LeGrand cheese
  4. Cook for ten minutes on medium / high heat
  5. Add a little water when it evaporates
  6. Add the zucchini, cook for 2 minutes and add the spinach
  7. When the spinach is darker, it’s ready!
