Vegan spicy queso

Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4 portions



  • ½ container LeGrand Vegan Cheese – any flavor 
  • ½ cup water 
  • ¼ cup LeGrand Jalapenos and Olives pesto 
  • Pinch of smoked paprika


  • Corn chips 
  • Diced tomato 
  • Green bell pepper 
  • Corn kernels 
  • Red onions, diced
  • A few fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 avocado cut in cubes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 𝇈C ; 
  2. In a bowl, mix cheese, water, pesto and paprika with a fork until smooth. Set aside; 
  3. Place chips, tomatoes, bell pepper, corn kernels and onion on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet;
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly darker;
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro leaves and avocado. Serve immediately!
