Vegan spicy queso

INGREDIENTS
Queso
- ½ container LeGrand Vegan Cheese – any flavor
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup LeGrand Jalapenos and Olives pesto
- Pinch of smoked paprika
Toppers
- Corn chips
- Diced tomato
- Green bell pepper
- Corn kernels
- Red onions, diced
- A few fresh coriander leaves
- 1 avocado cut in cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 𝇈C ;
- In a bowl, mix cheese, water, pesto and paprika with a fork until smooth. Set aside;
- Place chips, tomatoes, bell pepper, corn kernels and onion on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet;
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly darker;
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro leaves and avocado. Serve immediately!
