Cherry & rose overnight oatmeal

Time required: 5 minutes + 6 hours to rest
Yield: 2 small portions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup LeGrand Cherry & Rose Crumble vegan yogurt  
  • 1 cup of your choice of plant-based milk
  • 1 ½ cups of old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (or more to taste)
  • Summer berries to garnish (we love raspberries!)

Oh, we’re seeing life in pink! Sweet as a kiss, this overnight oatmeal is packed with protein and plant-based nutrients perfect for starting the day off right! Our favorite ingredient? Our famous cherry & rose yogurt, which adds that delicate creamy touch that will make anyone envious. Add red berries to your oatmeal for an extra touch of fruity sweetness… and you’ ll be completely in love!  

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, milk and oatmeal. 
  2. Add chia seeds, pinch of salt, cinnamon and a few berries. 
  3. Divide in half in airtight containers and let sit for 6 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator. 
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit and homemade granola just before serving.
