- ½ cup (120g) Le Grand yogurt of your choice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 2 dates, pitted

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a high-speed blender mix Le Grand yogurt, peanut butter, (if using), cocoa, banana, and milk for 2-3 mins.
- Add dates and blend for 30 seconds. Just enough to chop up the dates, but leave little pieces.
