Peanut butter & chocolate milkshake

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup (120g) Le Grand yogurt of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 2 dates, pitted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a high-speed blender mix Le Grand yogurt, peanut butter, (if using), cocoa, banana, and milk for 2-3 mins. 
  2. Add dates and blend for 30 seconds. Just enough to chop up the dates, but leave little pieces. 
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
