Green Goddess, Green Light vinaigrette

  • ½ cup of cashews
  • 250g Le Grand unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • The juice of a lemon (start with half and taste, it might be enough)
  • Salt and pepper
