INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of bread of your choice toasted and buttered
- 1 red onion minced
- 1 white onion, minced
- 1 cup of leek, minced
- 3 tbsp (45g) of LeGrand cheese of your choice
- 1 tbsp LeGrand salted butter
- 1 Tomato sliced (optional)
- 1 cup of Arugula
- 1 tbsp (45g) of Dijon Mustard

- Cook and season your onions and leeks until translucent, let it cool a bit
- Toast and butter your bread and spread the mustard
- Spread Le Grand cheese of your choice generously
- Add the slices of tomato
- Add a thick layer of onion mix
- Top with the other slice of bread
