- 200g meat or vegan alternative of your choice
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 sweet pickles, sliced
- Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce (quantity according to your preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the “meat” and cook according to package instructions, until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Arrange the lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
- Arrange the tomato slices, red onion pieces and pickle slices on top of the lettuce.
- Once the “meat” is cooked, arrange it on top of the vegetables in the bowl.
Drizzle the salad with Mac ‘N Cheeze dressing to taste. - Toss lightly to distribute the dressing.
