Fusilli with artichokes, pesto and lemon zest

Time required: 30 minutes 

Yield: 4 portions


  • 4 tablespoons of Pesto Jardin LeGrand 
  • 400g of fusilli type pasta  
  • 1 stick of artichoke hearts  
  • 2 cloves of garlic  
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice  
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest  
  • A few leaves of parsley  
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil  
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

The freshness of the Mediterranean. The light, vibrant taste of basil and parsley. The tangy zest of lemon combines with artichoke hearts and pasta for the most amazing taste.


  1. In a saucepan bring the pasta to a boil and cook according to the instructions.  
  2. At the same time, add the cooking oil to a pan and cook the garlic for a few minutes.  
  3. Then add the artichoke hearts and cook for another 5 minutes.  
  4. When the pasta is cooked, add the garlic, artichoke and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
