Strawberry shortcake with yogurt in a jar

INGREDIENTS
- 4 gluten-free and vegan homemade or store bought vanilla muffins, crumbled in small pieces
- 1 pound of fresh strawberries, cut in half
- 1 cup of LeGrand’s Vanilla vegan yogurt
- 4 250mL Mason Jars or other jars of your choice
Every summer has a different song anthem with the latest chart-topping hit, but the summer dessert anthem stays the same year after year. And that dessert we just can’t get out of our heads, tastes delicious any time of day, and soothes our summertime spirit is most definitely strawberry shortcake. And when it comes in a jar that you can carry everywhere you go, there’s nothing that can get in between you and this veganized version of this delectable sunshine treat.
Instructions
- In your jars, layer the muffin crumbles, the strawberries, and 1/2 cup of yogurt and repeat one more time.
- Top with a few muffin crumbles and fresh strawberry slices.
- Dig in right away or let the muffin crumbles soak in the delicate strawberry and vanilla flavors overnight!
