Truffle tagliatelle pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of tagliatelle
  • 250g of fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pouch of Mac ‘N Cheeze Truffle sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Silky pasta, golden sautéed mushrooms, fragrant garlic, and a touch of fresh parsley come together in a luxurious truffle-infused sauce that feels both simple and restaurant-worthy.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes, until golden and tender.
  3. Reduce the heat to low. Pour the Mac ‘N Cheeze Truffle sauce on the mushrooms. Add the tagliatelle. Stir gently. If needed, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  4. Divide the tagliatelle among plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
