Truffle tagliatelle pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 400g of tagliatelle
- 250g of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pouch of Mac ‘N Cheeze Truffle sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Silky pasta, golden sautéed mushrooms, fragrant garlic, and a touch of fresh parsley come together in a luxurious truffle-infused sauce that feels both simple and restaurant-worthy.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes, until golden and tender.
- Reduce the heat to low. Pour the Mac ‘N Cheeze Truffle sauce on the mushrooms. Add the tagliatelle. Stir gently. If needed, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- Divide the tagliatelle among plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
