Fancy truffle poutine

INGREDIENTS
- 800g of crispy fries (homemade or store-bought, already cooked)
- 2 pouches of Truffle Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly toast the cashews in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
- Slice the green onions and chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Set aside.
- Pour the Truffle Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce into a small saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring until hot and creamy.
- Divide the hot fries into 4 plates. Generously drizzle with the hot Truffle Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce. Sprinkle with the toasted cashews, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
