Pennes with sun-dried tomato pesto

INGREDIENTS
- 200g of penne pasta
- 1 pouch of sun-dried tomato pesto
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp of grated parmesan (to garnish)
- Basil leaves (to garnish)
Indulge in these penne with sun-dried tomato pesto. An explosion of fresh and authentic flavors in every bite!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
- Return the warm pasta to the pot. Add the pouch of sun-dried tomato pesto and mix well. If needed, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- Divide the pasta into serving plates. Top with parmesan, salt and pepper to taste. Add one or two basil leaves.
