- 2 naan breads
- ½ cup Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce or pesto
- 100 g ham (non-vegan option) or sliced smoked tofu (vegan option)
- ½ red onion, sliced into strips
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup arugula
- Optional: add cheese on top
A sweet and savory pizza reinvented with a delicious plant-based twist.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread sauce over each naan.
- Top with ham or tofu, onions, and pineapple.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Add arugula after baking.
