Reinvented Hawaiian Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 naan breads
  • ½ cup Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce or pesto
  • 100 g ham (non-vegan option) or sliced smoked tofu (vegan option)
  • ½ red onion, sliced into strips
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Optional: add cheese on top

A sweet and savory pizza reinvented with a delicious plant-based twist.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread sauce over each naan.
  3. Top with ham or tofu, onions, and pineapple.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Add arugula after baking.
