Combat ready salad

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups spinach minced
- 1 cup radicchio, minced
- 1 cup dandelion, minced (optional)
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1 cup fermented vegetables (optional)
- 3 tbsp minced olives of your choice
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 tsp of dulse in flakes
- ½ white onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- The juice of one large lemon
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
