Farfalle pasta salad with vegetables

Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3-4

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 6 asparagus spears, thinly sliced and blanched
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ cup Mac ‘N Cheeze sauce

 

A fresh and creamy salad, perfect for sunny days.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the farfalle in salted boiling water (10 minutes or according to package instructions).
  2. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce.
  4. Add the tomatoes, olives, and asparagus.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve chilled.
