Drain, reserving a bit of the cooking water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced tomatoes and saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes until slightly soften. Stir in the northern shrimp and warm gently for 1 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Reduce the heat to low, add the <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">classic pesto<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> to the skillet and stir gently.
